Evidently a different bike in terms of overall condition , mileage and price point compared to both the near perfect RS and superb RT that I have more recently sold on my website, nevertheless, being 42 years old and having covered just over 60,000 miles, it is in remarkably fine and original condition. Along with the small screen and original panniers, three additional BMW gauges have been fitted and cover oil pressure, volts and a clock function. Pleasingly, its original BMW tools roll, hand pump and BMW security lock all remain in place. A second and more robust side stand is also in place.

Looking through the large history file one can see that each of the previous keepers has thoughtfully looked after this BMW - there is comprehensive written history including letter & events logs from early long term owners, mots back to 1993 confirming the current odometer reading of 60,614 miles. Mileage over the last 15 years has been minimal with only 600 miles covered since 2010, nevertheless, just serviced and Motd (March 2017) plus fitment of new battery by the renowned Gordon Farley Motor Cycles here in Guildford who look after my own Sunbeam S7, so completely on the button.
