That ring-ding-ding sound is unmistakable - the Yamaha RD350 was a 70's cult bike if there was ever one and certainly looks tiny by current standards because it is. That said, it happily accommodates my six-foot/ 17st frame and its nice flat bars and good seat make long rides and/or handling modern road conditions a cinch.

Description

They really are a little weapon too, with their two-stroke 347cc parallel twin producing 39 bhp at 7500 rpm, which translated in a sub 4 second 0-60 and 103mph top speed, they're certainly no slouch! Really easy to start and ride plus they are equipped with 'Autolube', (an automatic oil injection) which relieves the monotony of making up two stroke.

Coming from the same superb eclectic collection as the Triumph Speed Twin, it shared garage space with array of interesting vehicles from a stream driven De Dion Bouton to AC Cobra's, old Harleys to ultra modern Honda's and is only available now due to lack of space. Having been completely cosmetically restored in the last 3 years, both the purple paint work and bike remain in lovely condition - as with all of its enthusiastic owners kit, it's completely on the button and motd until January 2019.

It would be a pleasure to answer any further questions you might have. This motorcycle can be inspected at my Guildford showroom - please call me directly 07788 865700.
